Web Client Sign on

Is there any way to set web client login so the users don’t have to type the fully qualified domain name (Domain\username) each time they login?  Or is there even a method to automatically pass their AD credentials when they sign on to the web client from within the LAN?

Only option I could think of is....Just mark the "This is private Computer and remember me option" when you login for the first time and it will auto populate the credentials next time when you open the URL.

Adding the URL to the Trusted sites and/or Automatic logon on Intranet Zone options didn't make any difference.

Marking as private computer didn't seem to work for the users. However, I found this posting by Polino and it seems to work: mpolino.com/.../dynamics-gp-web-client-wednesday-default-domain
