Stock Reservation - Reserve stock with longest expiry date

Hi,

Our clients need a way to reserve the stock with the longest shelf life/expiry date. This is because certain customers buy stock quantities in advance and then store them for some time, so they need long expiry dates.Is this possible without any customization?

    Hi Sainyam,

    For products that have a limited shelf life, you will probably use a first-expire, first-out (FEFO) warehouse strategy, which prioritizes the consumption and sale of items based on their remaining shelf life

    Hi Shiv,

    Thanks for the reply. However, the requirement of the client is to reserve the stock which has the maximum shelf life i.e. we want to reserve the stock which will not expire soon rather their expiry is the longest.
