3rd Party software missing from Available Windows

I have a client that uses a 3rd Party Time Clock software. The directions for installing this software is to copy the folder into their GP installation directory. I have done this and yet I am unable to add a shortcut to it on her GP home page. I right click on the home and add window, I then scroll down to the bottom where it should show the software but I do not see it. On other machines when I go to add a window it shows up at the bottom. This is the only machine experiencing this and I know I am missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
