We are trying to find out how can BC localization be changed from W1 to India localization, especially around tax? Can anyone help with this query please?
Hello Mobie - There is currently not a way to migrate from a W1 localization to an India localization. You would need to create an environment in India and import the data from your W1 localization through a configuration package. What you could do is create a Sandbox for an India localization and then create Config packages in your W1 Production environment to test this. Once complete, you can copy your W1 Production environment to a new Sandbox as a backup and then Copy your India Sandbox to a Production Environment

Hi, Andy is right, currently Microsoft does not support transfers between different regions, because some internal standard codes are different.
But if you want to switch the localization of Azure AD tenant, you should be able to do it from June.
