Customer Insights data and Journeys

I am trying to visualise all my unified customers in Customer Insights journeys. I can see them in CI Data, and if I build a segment, that appears as in CI-J. I know the environments are connected, but I just can't seem to get my unified contacts to appear. I've read through the docs, I've tried changing the audience segments, but no joy. Any suggestions?
