mail merge

Hi, I have a such a problem connectid with mail merges. I have a custom entity connected with Contacts and i want to run mail merge from this entity. Here is mail merge's sample.

The problem is that Contacts' count is changeable, hence the table's columns are changeable too. How can I get columns' count equal to contacts' count in mail merge (Contact1, Contact2, Contact3, ... ) .

Thanks in advance!

Generally the fixed data (Name, Birthday, Passport Datas, Address) should be the column headings instead of the row headings. The rows are the flexible data here.

Can you swap them round? I've not done mail merges from CRM but certainly in excel/word this is how they work best.
