Hello,

I am trying to publish duplicate detection rules in Dynamics CRM 2013 online version. They are staying on Publishing for few hours now and nothing happens.

This morning also a bunch of other processes, system jobs, imports are all on pending/in progress/submited stage.

No process is finalizing.

Anyone has any idea what it can be from?

As well I would like to mention that my instance off CRM Dynamics 2013 online is an upgrade from 2011 online.

Hi Tiberius,

In On-premise this generally happens when CRM Async service is not working. I would recommend you to check service health in O365 portal or contact Microsoft. There are many problems that come when Online gets upgraded as MS is also not perfect.
