As I understand it there is a single quick find view per entity in CRM 2011. This quick find view is used as the search basis for all grid view quick searches, as well as lookup searches within lookups to that entity in other forms.
The limitation comes when you want to have different search columns for different lookups and even different views.
Is there any way to define different quick find views on an entity to allow you to define different search columns for lookups vs views?
