Hi community,
I am going through the entries in the CRM "Subscription" table. I noticed that "MachineName" is very often not the Primary Client (as defined in table "SubscriptionClients").
Does that matter at all? The reason for that is that users received new computers and got rid of the old ones.
Many thanks,
David

Hi Badrinath,
thank you for your reply.
The machine name in table "Subscription" didn't get updated and kept the old machine name.
I have deleted old entries for one user in table "SubscriptionClients" and I manually updated the machine name in table "Subscription" to the current client's machine name.
I'm monitoring now if that makes any difference.
Cheers,
David
Hi David, Subscriptions table generally holds all relevant synchronization information with outlook, such as the SystemUserID, the Machine Name, the last time they started a sync, the last time they completed a sync, and so on so forth. if the user changes the system then he has to reconfigure the outlook client and this should update the MachineName. So i think you should not be worried about this.
