Questions about buying License of Business Central 17 for Business Central 14

Hello,

I want to know if with a Business central 17 license I can run a Business Central 14 with the developments made in C / SIDE.

I have done the test and with a Cronus of a BC17 I can run a BC 14 with the developments made with C / SIDE, but I don't know if being a demo license it is different from an official license.

Also if as many FULL users as Navision has is required in the SQL license.
