I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sankar G Nair, and I am the Program Manager at OTS, overseeing our BPO and Development division in Kochi, India, for a US-based Product company.

We are in the process of establishing a call center for Product Support, with plans to have 5 agents working in the USA and 5 in India. During my research, I discovered that Dynamics 365 Customer Service is available in India and can be seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams to serve as an Omni Channel call center solution.
