When they run the report for some days say 11/4/2018, for some users it pulls weird data. See screen shots in 3 and 4. Where are these logins coming from?

    Hi,

    Do you know if this user has Mobile App/ Outlook APp configured? If yes then that's a possibility. Is it happeing for more than one user or just this user? If this is jus this user, see if this user's credential is used in some kind of integration.

    if we login inot outlook also does it shows as logged in into CRM if we have integrated both?

    Hi,

    That's what's I am not sure about why kit is happing exactly after 1 hours. I think I have seen the same behaviour in some other thread as well. Unfortunaly not sure about the cause. You can contact MS support if it is prod issue and critical.

    I would suggest to try to find a pattern between the working & not working users and see what's the difference between those users with respect to security role, application add on etc.
