Hi

Can you please suggest how to correct the quantity in "Lot-Number-by-WarehouseEntry" as the total qty is 46 and the Qty in the Inventory column is 552 which are showing both mismatches.

I have the same question (0)

"Lot-Number-by-WarehouseEntry" is a custom factbox, its not something the system comes with.

First, I would check if this factbox was created correctly i.e. is the calculation correct, is it grabbing all the data.

Second, it seems you're using advanced warehousing - and the other custom factbox you have is saying you have a quantity of 552 in inventory or in the item ledger entries. So perhaps you have a discrepancy between the transactions posted to the warehouse entries as opposed to the inventory subledger. The two are out of synch. Its hard to say why they're out of synch without knowing the type of transactions you posted. I would look at both and see which transactions are missing in either the item ledger entries or in the warehouse entries. You can try to use the Calculate Whse. Adjustment function in the item journal as well. If you're missing any item ledger entry transactions then this will create them for you.

It seems that I have seen similar problems recently. I suggest you contact the partner who customized this function directly. They should check the problems.

    Thanks.
