How to associate the purchase side on the Opportunity Card

Hi. 
Is there an easy way to have a link between the opportunity card and the Purchase side without any customization?

    There is a native connection with sales, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/marketing-manage-sales-opportunities
    But simple without development, I don't think so. Surely some appsource application contemplates it.

    this is not possible out of box. opportunity is associated with sales orders in standard BC.
