When I open dynamics GP the below error message popup. What may cause this error. How to I resolve it. Please help me...

There are might be problem with that dll file(Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.BusinessIntelligence.BIReportDeploymentDU.dll). Please check whether the dll file is located in AddinsDU folder(GP installation path.). If the file is not existing copy that file from another GP installation path and paste it in AddinsDU folder. In case file is existing you can remove and copy from another instaqnce of GP and place your GP AddinsDU folder.

Is this after a fresh installation of GP or was this working previously and then stoppped working? Does its counterpart (Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.BusinessIntelligence.BIReportDeploymentGP) exist in the AddIns folder? Soma, is correct, you can copy these two from a working computer and drop them in the same location on this computer.
