Dear All,
After the MS General October 2022 upgrade, we have an issue with the Header in the Case, Leads or Account form.
In these headers we use to change the owner of those cases, leads, such as below picture, because that is really convenient for the users to do this in the header drop dawn..
However when you select now the header to change the owner, we can't "delete" the owner as the X is not appearing anymore behind owners name.
According to me this due to the fact, that the owners status is added behind the owner name (see below) and the headed size has not been adopted to this change.
As far as I can see in documentation, it is not possible modify owner field without the status field.
I would have hope that Dynamics/Power Automate System Admins could set back owner/status issue but looks not possible.
I don't want our users to use the assign option, because it is not that user friendly.
You have any other suggestion to overcome this issue?
Thank you for the suggestion, but in our example we don't have a text field. I hope you agree it is a bit complex to manage and is not user friendly.
Hi,
Please check this gif:
When the status is added, you could still find 'X' button.
Thank you for response, I understand your comment, but that works only when you have just opened the header, because the Owner status is not immediately added. First you see my name (Marcel Kroon) for instance, then the status (such as available) is added, once this added I can't select/see the X anymore. I believe the header window is to small.
Hi,
When you hover your mouse on this owner, the CSS should be toggled and then you could see the 'X' button. Please have a try.
