We have a problem after the overnight upgrade to Service Update 3 (8.2.1.0207)
When re-assigning a case it doesn't change the owner. This was not an issue until overnight.
Looks like Service Update 3 (8.2.1.0207) has created a bug where cases can not be re-assigned.
We have tried re-assigning cases using the following methods and none work.
1. Use "Assign" in tool bar (Doesn't work)
2. Change the owner manually from within the case (Doesn't work)
