I have error when create new field in Dynamics CRM 2016. What should I do ?

    It is okay - check the server space, make sure it has enough space.

    Do an IIS reset if its onprem.

    Hi.

    Do you have make an IIS-Reset on each App-Server?

    Ok, next... check the Event Viewer for errors.

    Than... check your SQL-Server!

    You can try to enable tracing in CRM server to get some more pointer on this error, or you can also try to use SQL profiler for logging error cause.
