The provided document type is not a File type - error when assigning image to released product

Hi all,

I am currently trying to add an image to a released product, and I see this error when doing so: The provided document type is not a File type.

I have configured all file types in D365, and when trying to attach a .PNG I see the error. I have PNG setup as a file type, so I'm not too sure what I could be missing at this point...
