Hello, we are running the Report - Calculate and post VAT declaration in our Navision2013R2
After launching it, around 12mins, we receive the error message - Server <xxxxxxxxx> is not available / connection is lost ; do you want to reconnect ?
We have tried to :
- restart the service NAV and launch again
- launch on our serveur directly instead of user's post;
- check timeout one NAS : MaxValue
But this did not resolve the issue ; the error persist
If someone can help please ?
