How to restrict users to access CRM for a short period of time?

Hello there,

I have a question, how would you restrict all users to access the CRM production environment for short period of time? Is there a way to define some kind of login hours ?

According to what I read, by disabling the business units this will pevent user to access it, but I was wondering if there are any other approach for this?

    Hi Jeudy,

    Sure. You could go to Settings > Administration > System Settings > General tab > Set session timeout. The minimum session Length is 60 minutes. 

    So you could also set Inactivity Timeout below Session Timeout setting.

    When configured, this will automatically logout users after a period of inactivity.

    These settings will only apply to the current instance-- if your organization has multiple instances, they must be changed within each one.  These settings are also not enforced in Outlook or mobile.

    You could set your production environment to Sandbox and put it into Administration Mode
