I have several stores with HQ Client .

A few stores caught my eye when i did a monthly report showing its daily transaction  at the  HQ side:

A few stores shows some data gap between on the store.HQ DSR  vs local store DSR

Anyway to fix this?

Can i restore / reupload data for certain dates only?  Hope to hear from you

Make sure that synching has been processed successfully esp for request data upload.

    Hi,

Change the from date in 401 worksheet to the date where sales data is missing and issue it to the respective  store.

This should transfer all missing sales data to HQ.

I tried this, but the days with gaps still did not upload. the effective date seems do not have any effect coz the newer dates uploaded but the dates in question (May 01-May15), still did not upload.

Hi, Just to make sure... Did you change the from Date or Effective Date. In the 401 worksheet you need to change the from date (In your case it should be 30th April)......

    Hi  SDDXB,

    Thanks for writing.

hmm. I only see effective date when i launch the 401 worksheet, I assumed that's what you meant. where do you set the from date?

    Hi,

After creating the 401 worksheet. Check upper right corner on the window. Below the screenshot.

Hi, maybe this could work. I'm studying Worksheet 401 process and here's what i got.

The worksheet 401, request data upload, uploads store data  (that was modified or created after last request data upload sync) to HQ. And so, if u missed to upload any one, select all records to be affected by next sync (in store)  and update it. I know it would be annoying to update each but for me its the only way to solve your problem. But if you know some SQL queries, then you can change this at the moment. Take note that changes/updates should be made in STORE , NOT IN HQ.

Please let me know if this helps. thanks.
