How to overcome portal cache issue ?

Hello Experts

I have a requirement where i have to assign portal user a Web Role when they update their profile details. Once the web role will be assigned the respective web links should be visible to the user.

I have written a real time workflow that is assigning the web role to the user when profile gets updated. But due to data sync lag between CRM and Portal its not reflecting to the Portal and user only be able to see the old navigation links until cache has been clear either manually or after a certain time by OOB process.

Is there any way to sync the data right away when role has been assigned?

Hi partner,

This is the default mechanism, we could not clear the cache automatically after trigger the workflow, we could only clear the cache manually, otherwise it will 15 mins to sync portal with D365.
