Hi Folks.

while clicking on "Price Order" of "Price Quote" i am not getting price details from F&O trade agreement. I have reviewed below MS document, but not get help for this.

Also i am not able to see, "On hand inventory" tab on product, quote and order.

is there i am missing something from setup??

Hi Pratik,

In what application are you clicking the option "Price order"? Which Microsoft document are you referring to?

I am clicking from CE.

I am referring below document for this. also i have got this function working during latest virtual event on "Prospect to Cash" by Worldwide Learning Studios (Microsoft Dynamics 365 FastTrack TechTalks)

Have you verified the Dynamics 365 SCM Accounts Receivable parameters as described in the documentation? docs.microsoft.com/.../pricing-engine

I have tried AR setup and unchecked "Manual Entry" from price setup. but still price is not getting updated at CE order.

Per document:

Please kindly set parameter : " Set pricing calculation preference - Use system pricing calculation" to No.

Set pricing calculation preference:

Use system pricing calculations --->>>> Click Yes to use the pricing calculations of model-driven apps in Dynamics 365. To use custom pricing by using a plug-in, click No. When set to No, the default pricing calculations won't be done on opportunity, quote, order and invoice records.

after upgrading solution of dual write it fixed. Thank you.

just note that it works for Trade Agreement with sales price. but when we applied line discount in percentage %, "Price Order" button calculates discount twice - on order line and on order header. we raised concern to MS support team for the same.
