Dynamics 365 App for Outlook loading forever

Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is not loading the records in Outlook Client and WebApp. It loads forever.

I am using the following products 

  1. Dynamics 365 On-Premise (V8.2)
  2. Exchange On-Premise 2013 with CU 19
  3. Integration is done using server side synchronization

Did anyone face the same/similar issue?
