Delivery Reminder in US region

Hi all, 

I want the system to alert us when Purchase Orders are not received on the anticipated receiving dates. I tried achieving the same with Notifications as well as Reminders but I found that there is no Delivery reminder for the US region. 

Can anyone help how can I achieve this functionality?
