How to change default setting "Use Current Pricing" on Order Form

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi folks,

quick question to all experts. How can I change the default setting for lock symbol on the Order form? With default settings I can not add Write In products. I have to click on the lock symbol to use this feature.

Thanks in advanced.

Martin

No the issue is not permissions related. When I open an order:  In the Product grid via "plus" symbol only existing product is available (See Screenshot order lock1.

After clicking the lock symbol the form refresh and also Write in products are available  (see screenshot order lock2)

So my question is how to configure the form that Write in products are availabe all time?

    Thanks for your great help.

    Hi Martin ,

Seems you don't have required permissions to add write-in products.

Could you please check your roles.

Thanks for your quick answer. The requirement is that I have to add Write In products without clicking on the lock symbol as shown in the screenshot.
