Hi 

during Import-CrmPackage receiving error "Config File Parsing Error".

    I encountered the same issue after succesfully did it the first time. Did you managed to figure out the issue?

    I figure out my issue. Just make sure that the package deployer when built contains the zip folder with the solution in it. The solutionpackage zip file wasn't being built with the dll. In VS just got to the properties of the zip file and select "copy always" for the copy to output directory
