CRM Related records page is showing blank or no data

Hello ,

I am facing the below issue in CRM 2011 On Premises. All these days It was working fine.

example as shown below , in user screen , security role page looks as below and it does not show any associated roles for that particular user.

and user is experiencing in Opportunity screen also . All the related data like audit history and others are showing blank. and page layout is distracted.

Anyone has experienced the same or any idea what's wrong here?

    Hi Roopa,

    Trace it using the fiddler, probably you hit some 401/404 issues

    Okay I will check. even Advance find results window also distracted with design !!!

    I suspect any update happened for browser? its IE 11 client is using.
