Internal Delivery Drivers - Track Deliveries

Hi guys

Just curious if its possible to manage deliveries with an internal delivery team (as opposed to sending via other couriers)? I know you can add tracking codes from other couriers if you are sending via them but is there a way to manage internal delivery drivers in a similar way? Essentially, would be ideal for the driver to be able to see what their delivery route is; what is being delivered, etc. I'm unclear if we can do this OOTB or if there is a third-party tool via AppSource for this. I know it can be done in D365 Field Service (as far as I recall) but looking to see if we can do this in D365 BC.

Any advice appreciated as always.

    Steven,

    You could setup the Shipping Agent = Internal Delivery and the Shipping Agent Service = Each Route Driver. Then on a Sales Order List each Driver can filter the list to their Shipping Agent Service to see what is coming up to delivery by Shipment Date.

    Thanx for that Steven. Very useful to have both to options there to review as well as the Shipping Agent = Internal Delivery method to review. Will give this a once over and I'm sure we'll be able to get one of these to work as expected.
