Can we have an option for Management to search on all the records and
identify which have not been updated for, say, 3 months or more?

Hi Khubeb,

You can try using Advanced Find, then filter criteria by ModifiedOn...

But, it is actually by entity, cannot see all the records.

You can select last x Months, etc.

You can do an advanced find to search for records with a modified on field which is greater than 3 months.

If you want to search all records (but with the 3 months criteria) sonoma partners have a free solution
