I am attempting to export the German audit file using the standard configuration in D365 Finance & SCM (version 10.0.45). In the legacy SAP system, audit files contained queries, whereas in D365 Finance & SCM, the data is exported as text or XML files. I understand that this difference is due to the cloud-based architecture, which generates static files instead of live queries.
From an auditing perspective, my concern is that the exported data may not reflect the most up-to-date state of the production environment at the time of the audit. I would like to understand what approaches or best practices can be used to mitigate this issue and ensure that the audit data is as current and reliable as possible.
