Selfservice portal Dynamics CRM Online

Hello,

Does anyone know where i can find the selfservice portal Microsoft is talking about? According to the Microsoft website it should be part of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional licenses. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-service-purchase.aspx

I'm currently using Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1, but i cannot figure out where to find this functionality. I know selfservice portal is a part of Parature but that's not a free solution and microsoft clearly states that the self-service portal is part of the CRM Online Professional Licenses

Can somebody help me with this?
