Solution / Plugin to convert Lead and Contact information into a Business Card

Is there any plugins or any solution for converting the lead and contact information into a business card ? Currently , the only way I can do is take a snapshot of the CRM page and save the information but I need something which is more efficient.  The solution / plugin which I think of is a button which asks through a checklist which information is needed for the contact or lead and depending upon the check marks export the information in a business card. Any help , suggestion or solution would be appriciated.

    Hi Vivek,

    Are you talking about a vCard?  You can do this with Outlook if you sync your contacts to Outlook.

    I think only contacts on CRM can be synchronized with Outlook. Is it possible for leads too ? And once you synchronize the contacts how can you convert it into a buisness card ?

    Yes, only contacts can be syncronized with Outlook.  From the Contact in Outlook several of the ribbon options allow you to view or Email a business card (e.g. the Forward button, the Business Card button), and you can also do this from the Ribbon in an EMail by selecting Attach Item.

    Thanks for the reply. Any suggestion for leads then as how to convert them into a buisness card ? For contacts the way you told can be a good workaround for what I was looking, but for leads the problem still exists. Any suggestion on that ?

    Hi Vivek

    if you qualify the lead you get the contact / account/ opportinity created. Then you can sync the contact record to Outlook.
