How to Delete Interactions

Hi:

For Interactions for Contacts in Business Central, I'm finding it impossible to delete the saved interactions for that contact even if I cancel the Interaction.

How do I delete such Interactions?

Hi,

Go to the contact and then get the Transaction log entries the transaction must be cancel there is action delete cancel transaction.

Give the details entry no, contact name and click on Ok.

The interaction will be deleted for the contact.

Hi

In order to Delete Interaction first you need to cancel it

Go to Interaction Log Entries then select the entry you want to cancel and then Actions -> Functions -> Switch checkbox

Then in the same spot you can use Delete Canceled ...
