How to transfer the notes, links and attachment (Factbox) from Sales Order to Sales Order Archive?

Hi Community,
 
Do you know how to transfer the notes, links and attachment (Factbox) from Sales Order to Sales Order Archive when I click on button archive document?
 
If you know how, I will appreciate it.

    It doesn't exist in the standard context, so you have to customize and develop it.

    Unfortunately, as Mohamed mentioned, as of now, this is not a standard feature and requires customization.
    I've discussed similar needs before, and I hope the information below can be of some help to you.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: How to copy attachments from Warehouse Receipt to Posted Warehouse Receipt – Customization
     
    And in this wave (BC24), Microsoft released the following feature. If you only need to manage attachments, you can also consider using this feature.
