Customize the Location of Tiles in 2013?

I doubt that it is possible but is there a way that an individual user can customize the locations of the tiles under a particular tab? For instance, under the Marketing tab, instead of having the tiles listed as Leads>Accounts>Contacts>Marketing Lists; can a user change their personal view to say Marketing Lists>Leads>Campaigns>Contacts? After switching over from the old instance of Dynamics not very many people in my organization are impressed with the tiles and the constant scrolling.

There isn't a way to change the main navigation on a per user basis - only globally through the site map. Its possible to not displays items based on security if that helps.
