order planning error

Hi I came across an error when trying to run order planning from a planned production order. The error is below. I pulled the unplanned demand table, but it is empty. Anyone encountered this before? Thanks

    I have never encountered this problem.
    Is there any customization in this environment? You can uninstall it and try again.
    Or just ask the developer to debug it.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
