CRM & Azure Service Bus: 'Service integration issuer information not found"

Hi all,

I'm trying to establish a connection between a on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016SP1) environment and a Azure Service Bus queue.

I configured thee Azure Service Bus and manager to set up thee Service Endpoint in CRM.

Wen i try to register the steps for sending messages to the Service Bus thee fellowing error is shown: "Service integration issuer information not found".

I can't figure out why this error message is show, thee ASB queue is configured as as SAS queue ets so there shouldn't be any issuer/certificaten information right?

My configuration is based on the following walkthrough: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt697580.aspx and thee Azure Service Bus queue is configuraties via SAS

To further investigate the issue i've have also tried the same Azure Service Bus configuration in a CRM Online environment wich works correctly and massages are sent to thee queue.

Configuring CRM via ACS is not an option because IFD/ADFS ets. Is not available.

Any tips, workarounds, experiences,  solutions how to configure the CRM Azure Service Bus?

Every answer is apprecieated. ;-)

Sebastiaan

It turns out the solution is to register the self signed certificated in the CRM config database regardless the note in the article that says it does not apply to on-premises or IFD with SAS.

When i registered the certificate the SAS connection worked fine :)

    Hi Sebastiaan,

I have the same error. It is not clear how you fixed it. Where can I get the certificate? And how do I register it in the CRM?

Fixed it by registering certificate like described in holsson.wordpress.com/.../integrating-crm-2011-on-premise-with-windows-azure-appfabric
