Blank dialog pop-up error shows randomly whenever accessing to and from "Account" entity

We are having random blank dialog popup error whenever we click (X) or close the Account entity. This can also happen for some scenarios in Account entity like navigating to the related relationship records then going back to Account entity. Happening in different browsers and already cleared cache and cookies but still happening,. Are there any known issues with this?

I'm having a hard time fixing the issue since it is intermittent and doesn't provide any error logs.

    Few logical things you can check

    1. Is it only happening in one of your environment ? - Compare the environment what difference is there in Account entity..

    2. Disable all JS related to Account entity and check if this happens... if yes then it has to be your custom script...

    Hi,

    Are you trying to set any field using javascript in account form which is not able to retrieve/set the value of the lookup? Sometimes this blank pop-up comes when the javascript code which retrieves the values using retrievemultiple and the result returns 0 records and the same gets assigned to any of the lookups. These type of error does not show any message but a blank pop-up as it is using callback function i.e. REST call.
