NAV Client showing two languages

My Microsoft Nav Client primary langue is Portuguese, last week I've changed Microsoft Nav Client language to English because I needed to find something that I couldn't find in Portuguese.
Than I changed back to Portuguese and some parts of the Client are in Portuguese, some in English.
I've tried to change languages english and portuguese again, and nothing changes.
Also restarted Windows and still.

PS: I've changed language a few times and this didn't happen

Product: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on Premises
Version: 14.0.40464.0

System: Windows 10 Pro

I would suggest you to wait for the hotfix that I mention, then completely uninstall the platform from control panel and install it from scratch.

You should also be in touch with your PT partner since Microsoft does not support PT language out of the box, this must have been created from a partner whom is responsible for maintaining the language layer and localization. This persona should be the best one to be in touch with.

In the windows client, in english language, search for Delete User Personalization (or something similar) and delete all the entries related to your use.

This should fall back to the normal language.

There is a special hotfix within a scenario that involves the usage of chart parts that fall back to use a mix of english and local language. This fix will be available in the platform in December 2020 Cumulative Update (scheduled for release by the end of this week).

You might / should ask your partner to update your environment to this latest CU, when available.

Got it about the new CU.

I've delete the user personalization from Portuguese (was a mistake), then I change to English and there's no data as well.
Switch o portuguese, restarted and still the same

Just some info that might be relevant:
I don't have a user created idk know if it matters, since I had a problem with license and user and it locked me up, I removed all users via SQL to gain access and didn't added any since my local machine can access normally.

In User personalization there's a record

PS: This is not a production environment.
