110Hi,
I'am trying to cancel my MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Subscription, But i cannot find any way to do it.
The link on my billing page takes me to this url
https://billing.microsoft.com/helppane.aspx?helppagename=BILLING_CONC_ContactCustomerSupport
when i click on the "For Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, go to the CRM Online cancellation page." link it takes me to
http://crm.dynamics.com/en-us/home page, There is no link where i can Cancel my subscription.
If i Sign-in on the http://crm.dynamics.com/en-us/home link , I'am taken to my mobile page of my CRM subscription.
if any one of you have been succesful in cancelling their subscription, please do let me know.
