SLA status mismatch

Hello Experts 

I have 3 different SLA items in which the timer should start according to the condition

but the issue I am facing is 3 sla are adding and output is total of all 3 days kindly help

    Can you please share more details of the SLA items , seems  you are not configured correct condition in the SLA items. Have a look below thread  -
