Navigation Pane Show More Buttons not working

My client is on GP version 11.00.1524 (SP1).

This morning, no users can successfully use "Show More Buttons" on the Navigation pane.

We've tried toggling the nav pane on and off, and refreshing what buttons are supposed to show in Navigation Pane Options.

When any of us clicks on Show More Buttons, nothing happens.

    Did you ever get a response on this? I'm noticing the same thing in GP version 11.00.2044 (SP3).
