Create a New Counting journal;

Counting Journal -- Create Line -- On-hand Option.

However, the operation completed is on the screen displayed.

No data is displayed on Counting Journal lines

    It seems to me you probably have selection criteria that is causing your query not to return any records.

    There is an item selection criteria further down the "Create lines" flyout which falls into usage data with an Inventory Dimension criteria that is pre-populated with the Site / Warehouse you initialized to the journal header when you created it.    So maybe you ran this previously for some items that are not in counting group A, and that criteria is in usage data negating your setup parameters.   Or counting group A items don't exist in the warehouse you created the journal for.

    I have checked the query and other filter option.

    The result is NG. No data is display on the Journal Lines

    Do you have on hand inventory? Also just check the date

    Hi Vivek,

    Soem additional considerations:

    1) When creating lines, you are querying for items with Counting Group = A.  Can you remove this constraint from the query and run again?

    2) Do you already have other Counting Journals in process?  If the items are already being counted on another journal, you wont be able to add them on a second journal (unless you configure them Warehouse Items).

    Regards,

    Danny
