When its impossible to delete all inventory item transactions, how can you reduce the number of decimals

If you are asking about changing item decimal places.....
You can not change the number of decimal places for an item that is on an open/work document (such as PO, SO, etc.)
All transcations would need to be posted and/or the item in question would need to be removed from any open documents before you could change the actual item.
Tricky...........this is probably what you did not want to hear....
Good Luck
Goto-->Tools-->Utilities-->Inventory-->Change Decimal Places.you. It will prompt you if any Open transaction or Open PO. Post transactions and Receive all POs and you are good to go.
