Gamification - Can't add players or set up a game

Just installed gamification into our dynamics 365 production but I can't seem to add players or set up a game! I've been on all the blogs but I don't seem to have the same steps. If I go to my 'games' there is nothing there with nowhere to add, same with players. I have access to the portal but I can't see any options for adding games or adding players. The images I have seen of other people's portals seems different to mine. Can anyone help me?
