Work On (Queueitem Button) Lead View

From the Dashboard Queueitem subgrid when I select a record it enables the workon button and assign a lead to me or a user that I select.

I am trying to do the same functionality of the Work On button (located in Queueitem), for the Lead View.

I tried to do it by adding the button using the ribbon workbench solution and replicate the configuration of the Work On Button, so I tried to do it manually. But it seems that the command is wrong, the window comes out fine, but when I click on ASSIGN, it comes up a message that says that the action cannot be completed.

Could you please recommend something to do this function?

Hi Eulalio,

You are trying to call ribbon action designed for queue item. That won't work for lead.

I believe you can use standard Assign button (already available in Lead ribbon menu) to assign Lead a User or Team.

This is the command of the work on button located in the Queueitem, I am adding the button manually (drag and drop it), adding also the command and replicating this same configuration to it.

Can you please show me how did you add "a command" in Ribbon Worbench and what kind of the command is it? The screenshot will be very useful.
