Integration table mapping in Business central with Dynamics field service (through dataverse) doesn't show all the tables

I successfully created a connection between CRM SAndbox environment and the Business central Sandbox env using dataverse connection. But the integration table mappings do not show all the tables which are present in CRM for mapping.

Please help, is it because I connected to the sandbox environment

Looking at the image you are missing the CRM integration. There are 2 components - base dataverse and CRM. Those tables are from the base so need to install CRM and you will see products. It's easy to add tables however the logic different status in D365 cRM vs BC is different making some integrations like Quotes very difficult

Another option for integration is Skyvia. It is freemium and has a very intuitive UI.

In the default setting, there are only less than 10 records in the Integration Table Mapping.
To add records to the Integration Table Mapping, you need to follow the steps described in the "Create default integration table mappings and field mappings" section of the Walk Through.
And to perform the steps in this section, you need to start with the first section "To create the integration table for the worker table in Business Central".

It is easy to link less than 10 tables that are prepared by default, but to link tables that are not prepared by default, we need to implement a long procedure as described in the walk through. Unfortunately, this is the fact that we are here.

    Hi,

You need to add a record to integration table mapping, and below walkthrough help you to add a record.
It is better you to read all the page's contents, especially the section "Create default integration table mappings and field mappings".
