Customer Choices not in solution

In my dev environment I created a Solution to change several tables choices including Characteristic which I added one Characteristic Type choice labeled 'License' and number it 3.

I exported the solution as managed.

Created a new environment and imported the solution successfully.

When I import some Characteristic records it doesn't recognize License as a Characteristic Type choice.

I have the same question (0)

I re-worded this and resubmitted hoping to get some response...in the mean time here's what I found.

My initial solution changes were done in the Dataverse Entity Columns Option Set. I confirmed this changed the Global Option set but it did not go with the solution.

I started from scratch and this time went straight to the Global Option set to make the change and it did successfully go with the solution.

So that's how I'll make changes on Global Option Sets from now on.
